Meditation is resting the mind, body and soul. Meditation is not directed by any single religious belief. Many religions use meditation for spiritual reasons for thousand of years as well as for it's health benefits. Today people continue their search for holistic ways to achieve many of the same results as prescription medication. 

Prescription medication is very important for many people and many illnesses. I do not suggest anyone substitute their medication in the place of meditation. Mediation is a tool to use with many other modalities.

Introduction to Meditation

This course covers the history, why we meditate and how to meditate comfortably and effectively. This course is great for beginners who want to learn the basics & how they can meditate on their own individually or with a group.

Students meet for one and a half hours, one day a week, for 4 weeks. Classes will cover review of handouts, class discussions, and complete a meditation each week. The cost for the class is $75.00. Cash or checks are accepted.  

Class folder, handouts, journal book & 2 CD's will be given at the first class. Students are expected to practice meditations on their own in between classes. One CD includes the first three guided meditations from class. The remaining classes will be non-guided and the student will be introduced to various music and instruments available which includes piano, guitar, harp and Native American flutes and drums. This offers students the chance to discover which sounds relax them and will help increase their meditation journey and experience. The second CD covers the chakra meditations.

Parent Child Meditation

Great bonding class for parent and child ages 8+.
Class designed for children with ADHD,
Asbergers and autistic/mental health disabilities.
Short meditations.
New craft activity each week.
One cd for parents and separate CD for child.

Crystal Chakra Meditations

This is an advanced class students must have previous meditation experience to receive full benefits from longer meditations. Learn what crystals and stones are best for you according to your zodiac. Learn how to balance and cleanse your chakras with the stones.

Each student is given a pouch of seven chakras stones to use during meditations.

Psychic Mediumship Readings & Reiki

What is the difference between
a Psychic and a Medium?


Both psychics and mediums come from many religious backgrounds even though they work in the spiritual realm. They are naturally open to helping anyone in any religion; they intuitively know all they receive is given to them from a higher source. If a psychic or medium tells you information or messages come from them be very cautious, real psychics are conduits for, not sources of information.

A PSYCHIC is sensitive to all feelings and vibrations of energy around them. They learn to use their senses and intuition to better understand what they are receiving. Everyone has this ability although it takes practice to understand the way the messages come to them. It may be different for everyone.

Through meditation and practice one can open his/her abilities and learn to better understand his/her intuition. Psychics use their senses to interpret information from past, present and future. Psychics do not receive information from those that crossed over. They stay within the now and work with the energy of those they read. A psychic is not a medium.

A MEDIUM uses both psychic and mediumship abilities. During a reading a medium will use his/her psychic abilities to help their client with matters of every day life for example: career, relationships, love and money. It is not uncommon for some messages received to not make sense that day as it may take days, weeks and sometimes months for the client to understand the messages given. This happens because the messages come from the clients higher self or their master guides and teachers. This is why it is best to wait at least six months between readings. A medium will bring through messages from spirit on the other side or earth bound energies. A client can confirm the messages through validations about the person who crossed. To do this the medium raises his/her energy to reach the gap the spirit has come to meet them and an exchange of visual and or physical sensations are given to the medium to translate to the client.

What is a Psychic Reading?

Psychic readings are not usually based on one specific religion. They are open to all religions and are based on one's individual beliefs. The belief in their God or higher source and the belief our energy/soul continues after death. Psychic readings are to be positive in nature and if conducted professionally, the Psychic will ask for only the highest & best for their client.

Psychic readings are not of satanic beliefs and do not bring forth the information or messages of negative practices.

They are based on FREE WILL as each person is responsible for their own choices and path they choose to follow.

Psychic readings will include messages about ones past, present and future. Where mediumship gives messages from spirit communication.  My readings the client receives both messages.

I ask when I arrive at your home for a reading party, I am able to set up at a quiet place to do the readings away from distractions. I will bring my own table if one is not available for me to use during the party. I do use a laptop to make CD's of each reading, so I will need to be near an outlet. I do not charge the hostess for their reading. I begin by reading the hostess first and will read the remaining guests in any order they choose. Payments for the readings are to be collected by the hostess and I will collect this at the end of the party. Please contact me to schedule an appointment for home parties. Cash only.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a hands-on healing that came from Japan and was created by Dr. Mikao Usui. Reiki helps release stress and allows one to relax while receiving the healing of ones internal energy. Healing energy is an unseen "life force energy" that flows through us and is gives us life. If one's "life force energy" is low, one could feel sick or stressed, and if it is high, feel healthy and happy.

Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is "spiritually guided life force energy." 

Reiki can be received by people, pets and plants; which are all living energy. Reiki can heal the young, the old, and any relationships/problems at work or home. Reiki can be sent to heal people in other states and countries. You can send Reiki to heal wars and natural disasters.

All cases are kept confidential and will sign a statement agreeing to do so.

If you are local and you can meet me in person, we can schedule a time convenient for us to meet. I will not do readings over the phone or email. When we meet I would prefer not to know any information about the case. I want to see the information that comes to me with out any opinions or history attached to it. When we meet please bring a picture or an item belonging to the person missing. For cases out side of NY, I will return all items sent to me at my expense along with a free tape of the reading performed. 

Items that can hold vibrations or energy about the person missing:

A picture (not in frame), an article of clothing or any item the that was recently touched by the person: example a comb, pen, non expensive jewelry. I use Psychometry (sense of touch) to feel any vibrations or energy to receive messages about the person and their situation. All items will be returned to you at my expense. I can not guarantee any information during a reading.

My goal is to help those who are willing to try non-traditional means to find leads or information regarding cases. No one is ever turned away. Messages regarding a missing person case can be helpful if shared with Police & Private Investigators working on the cases. Please do not attempt to investigate the case on your own with information or messages given. Please let the Police or Private Investigators handle the cases for they are professional and it is their job to serve you.

All information will be kept confidential and not shared with others. I am willing to sign a statement agreeing to do so. I prefer to work behind the scenes and leave the investigations to the professionals. I will give all the information I receive and ask that you share it with the police or detectives so they can research the information.
